All submissions must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

1.2 Consequences for Violations: If you intentionally submit content that violates section 1.1, generate unlawful imagery, or share misinformation that harms Hearth, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your access and pursue legal remedies for damages incurred.

1.3 AI-Generated Content Disclaimer: All roleplay dialogue, narrative, and characters produced through our service are generated by artificial intelligence. Hearth does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such content, and it should not be construed as our opinions or beliefs.

1.4 Limitations of Service: We provide our services within the bounds of the law and based on publicly available information, with ongoing efforts to filter sensitive material. We welcome feedback about any inaccuracies or concerns.

1.5 Compliance: Before accepting these terms, please ensure your use of Hearth aligns with the User Agreement and disclaimers below.

1.6 Acceptance: By clicking accept or by using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms, regardless of whether you have read this document in full. If you do not consent, please do not use our services.

1.7 Privacy Commitment: We are committed to protecting user privacy. Please avoid including personal information in your roleplay submissions or uploaded references.

I. Agreement Content and Amendments: This section sets out the rules of the Hearth community and strictly prohibits offensive content and behavior. Violations may result in account suspension or content removal. All terms become binding upon registration. The Agreement may be updated; continued use indicates acceptance of any modifications.

II. Registration Requirements: Users must be legally competent and accept responsibility for their actions. Registration details must be accurate and current. User privacy is safeguarded in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

III. Account Security: Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. Account names must not violate the rights of others. While Hearth is not liable for losses arising from compromised accounts, we will provide reasonable assistance when an account is at risk.

IV. Use of User Information: Hearth may communicate with users through email or in-app notifications. User information may be retained where required for legal evidence preservation.

V. Service Usage: Users are expected to use the service lawfully and respectfully, without infringing on the rights of others. Hearth disclaims liability for outcomes derived from the use of the service and reserves the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

VI. Intellectual Property: All content, branding, and software within Hearth are owned by Hearth and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Users agree not to copy, alter, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform's content or software outside the scope expressly permitted.

VII. Limitation of Liability: Hearth is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of the service.

VIII. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify Hearth, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from service use or breach of this Agreement.

IX. Agreement Amendments: Hearth may modify this Agreement. Users are responsible for reviewing changes, and continued use after amendments implies consent.

X. Service Termination: Hearth reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access to the service at its discretion when terms are breached.

XI. Dispute Resolution: Disputes under this Agreement will be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body.

XII. Governing Law: This Agreement and use of the service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Hearth is based, excluding conflict of laws principles.

XIII. Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, leaving the remainder in full effect.

XIV. Entire Agreement: This document represents the full agreement between Hearth and the user, superseding any previous agreements. Hearth reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and seek compensation for losses caused by user violations. The Agreement remains effective until terminated by either party and ends automatically upon material breach or service discontinuation.
