Your login credentials and session tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized systems and used only for authentication and authorization.

Third-Party Data

When Hearth connects with third-party providers (such as identity or cloud services), the data exchanged is encrypted in transit. We share only the minimum data necessary and require partners to follow appropriate confidentiality and security standards.

Behavioral Data

In-app behavioral data — such as feature usage and crash reports — may be collected, transmitted, and stored using anonymization and modern encryption techniques. We use it to improve product quality and the overall experience, never to identify individual users for advertising.

Conversation & Character Data

Chats and character settings you save are stored in encrypted form. You can clear individual conversations, export your data, or remove characters at any time from in-app settings.

Other Data

Any additional information we collect is transmitted and stored securely to preserve confidentiality and integrity.

Delete Your Data

If you would like to delete all data generated by you on Hearth, you can:

• Open Settings → Delete Account in the app and confirm the request.
• Or email us at HearthHelp@outlook.com from the address linked to your account.
