We take user data protection seriously. The summary below explains how Hearth handles login data, third-party data, in-app behavioral data, and other information, and how you can request deletion of data generated on our platform.
Your login credentials and session tokens are encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized systems and used only for authentication and authorization.
When Hearth connects with third-party providers (such as identity or cloud services), the data exchanged is encrypted in transit. We share only the minimum data necessary and require partners to follow appropriate confidentiality and security standards.
In-app behavioral data — such as feature usage and crash reports — may be collected, transmitted, and stored using anonymization and modern encryption techniques. We use it to improve product quality and the overall experience, never to identify individual users for advertising.
Chats and character settings you save are stored in encrypted form. You can clear individual conversations, export your data, or remove characters at any time from in-app settings.
Any additional information we collect is transmitted and stored securely to preserve confidentiality and integrity.
If you would like to delete all data generated by you on Hearth, you can:
Follow these three screens to delete your account from the Me tab.
Once verified, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Thank you for choosing Hearth. We appreciate your trust and our commitment to your privacy.
